The manufacturing process is carried out by thermoforming, allowing the production of very enveloping protections.

  • High density polyethylene, thickness 60/10°, cut, hot-formed and welded.
  • 40% lighter than aluminium (8mm thick)
  • Does not memorize shocks
  • Longer aesthetic life
  • Does not generate vibrations
  • Double thickness underneath the connecting rod (reinforcement part supplied)
  • Easy mounting on the original brackets without drilling or modification of the motorcycle (kit and instructions supplied).
